The Black Hollies... now this is an interesting band... They have an extremely 60s psychedelia sound... with the organs and all... Reminiscent of The Blues Magoos or Cream or more recently The Verve, both from across the pond. In fact if I didn't know that they were from the same state that gave us Snooky and The Situation making out in a hot tub, I could have sworn they were British. That's right they are from Jersey, and they are definitely catchy... much like whatever is in Snooky's underpants. The hooks are infectious. It makes you want to do a hippie on acid dance. you know what I'm talkin about... something like this...
Anyway.... back to the band. The album dropped in October. It's called Softly towards the Light. Have a listen
